Abril Arnez Albarado at Miss Europe Continental

‘’Hi, my name is Abril Arnez Albarado, I’m 22 years old and I really like to inspire people to fulfill their dreams. When I was young I dreamed of doing something else with my parents’ country. My parents are from Bolivia, a place where having big dreams sometimes is very difficult. Not because it is impossible to fulfill dreams, but Bolivia sometimes is very unstable. About that I decided when I was thirteen that I want to be an influential woman in the future, for I have an opportunity to express my ideas and opinions to elevate my country. I started working in the neuromarketing and digital marketing sector, to improve my skills and my social communication, while studying secondary school. There I learned different things about the business sector and marketing strategies. From a very young age, I know that I want to grow in social media and build a personal brand. Some time later I was initiated work in a ONG leading teams, there I discovered my ability to lead and influence people and then I began to practise and practise these and other characters. I am always committed to being conscious, because I want to use my potential to a good thing and my personal purpose. Now I’m speaker, model, neuromarketing specialist, I sell courses, I have a vlog/podcast, a new concept that I created to explain the live and the experience of development for a lot of people and I’m woman mentor to helps womans for arrive to build her best versión y the areas to I think that are more important to grow and have a fulfilling live. I am passionate to teach people and empower people.

  1. Hello Abril, you were born in Bolivia but now live in How do you feel your Bolivian roots and your current life in Spain shape the woman stepping on the international stage today?

The true is that i was born in Spain, but a lot of years I visited my family and friends in Bolivia 3 months since I remember. Live in two worlds completely different, I help me to appreciate the live and feeling my dreams and my purpose, I don’t be the woman that I am if I never traveled to Bolivia. The culture, the people, and the country open my mind to new forms to live and look the live. In Bolivia the people is more human, is pure, in they eyes we see the universe and God, so if I mentioned one thing that I change my live after I gone to Bolivia, would be look the people out of money, people very rich in valours and humanity, but in the absence of information and confidence in yourself.

  1. This is your very first beauty pageant, yet it has been your dream since Can you describe the emotions of finally seeing this dream come to life?

I don’t have specific words to explain my emotion to participate in a beauty contest, but I can explain one thing that is most important to open my heart to other people. I have dreams, because the dreams be give the power and direction to we walk in live, so since exist the power of believe, the humans we gone to believe that it’s worth it follow living to create the live of our dreams.

  1. Besides fitness and nutrition, you are also taking walking classes and doing your first professional Which part of the preparation has challenged you the most, and which part makes you feel most empowered?

The most difficult part of the preparation I think that is struggle with my intrusive thoughts, old we have intrusive thoughts, but the most important is not focus our mind in the objections but in the opportunities, a lot of parts of preparation require patience and discipline and the most important confidence in myself, that’s why the part of I make feel empowered is overcoming my limits.

  1. You have a YouTube channel where you share inspirational messages for What is the core message you hope every woman takes away from your content?

We often struggle to believe in ourselves and that achieving our dreams is possible. We feel inadequate and perhaps focus our minds on what we lack, when in reality there is a world full of opportunities all around us.

Our true power doesn’t come from how we look or what we have, but from who we are. Who we are allows us to open hearts and build a kind of wealth that all the money in the world couldn’t buy.

  1. In today’s world, social media often creates pressure instead of How do you balance having a polished online presence with staying authentic to who you are?

Letting go of the need to control everything and trusting in life itself seems crazy, but when we take a deep breath and stop trying to control our lives, even who we are and where we come from, we can begin to breathe in peace, be grateful for who we are, and awaken to our authenticity from a place of power, not lack.

  1. As a future role model, what kind of legacy do you want to leave through your participation in Miss Europe Continental 2025?

As a future role model, I want to leave a legacy that reminds people that there are no limits for human beings. We can become and achieve whatever we truly believe in, as long as we work with faith and purpose. Every step in life opens new doors for your future, there’s no need to rush, just believe in yourself and live your present fully.

  1. If you could speak directly to a young girl in Bolivia—or anywhere in the world—who dreams of walking on a stage like this but doesn’t believe in herself yet, what would you tell her?

I would tell her that she doesn’t have to be perfect to pursue a dream, she just needs to make the decision to do it. We live in a world that seeks perfection, when in reality, true power lies in authenticity.

  1. What is something about Abril that people might be surprised to discover, beyond the stage and the spotlight?

I’m a digital entrepreneur, speaker, and specialist in neuromarketing and NLP coaching. I’m currently developing my personal website to share everything I know with people starting their journey of personal growth and self-discovery.

I have a project called “Amada y Admirada” (Beloved and Admired), which aims to be a space for personal and professional growth for women worldwide, helping them transcend mental barriers, working on the most important areas of life (finances, mindset, emotional intelligence, physical fitness, etc.), and reconnecting them with their inner child through love, not lack.

I also have a vlog/podcast, a new concept I created to share inspiring stories.

  1. Looking ahead, how do you imagine using this experience to continue inspiring and supporting women after the competition?

After this competition, I want to keep using my voice and platforms to empower others. Through my ongoing projects — Amada y Admirada, my vlog-podcast Déjame Conocerte VP, and my personal website where I offer mentoring and strategy courses — I’m already helping women to reconnect with their inner power and self-worth. This experience at Miss Europe Continental will give me an even stronger voice to expand that mission, inspire more lives, and prove that beauty becomes truly powerful when it’s used to uplift others.

  1. If you could showcase one cultural aspect of Bolivia to the world, what would it be and why?

If I could showcase one cultural aspect of Bolivia to the world, it would be the Cholitas Bolivianas. They represent the strength, resilience, and elegance of Bolivian women — women who turned what was once discrimination into a symbol of power, pride, and identity. Their colorful dresses and confident presence remind us that real beauty shines when we embrace who we truly are.

  1. Finally, if you could describe yourself in three words, which ones would you choose?

Resilience, faith and authenticity.’’
