‘’My name is Dominika Musilová, I am 25 years old and currently based in the Czech Republic. A year ago, I moved back home after completing my Master’s degree in Sports Business Management in Monaco. Prior to that, I studied International Business in Prague.
I am a passionate traveller whose greatest hobbies have naturally become my profession. My career is deeply rooted in the world of motorsport, where I work as a pit reporter in a world championship racing series. At the same time, I run my own sports management agency, specializing in communication and PR for professional athletes. In addition, I serve as Communications Manager for a Motocross Grand Prix team. Sport has been an essential part of my life since childhood. I actively enjoy running, tennis, golf, pilates, and strength training. I believe in maintaining a healthy lifestyle built on a strong and calm mindset, supported by a fit, healthy, and balanced body. I am also passionate about continuous learning, as I see personal growth and education as the most effective ways to expand horizons and discover new opportunities.
Traveling is another major passion of mine. It has allowed me to experience diverse cultures, build valuable connections, and create opportunities both personally and professionally. Through my work and travels, I have learned the importance of adaptability, curiosity, and embracing challenges beyond one’s comfort zone.
Beyond sport and business, I have a strong interest in fashion and women’s beauty. In many ways, I live between two very different worlds, one dominated by the high-energy, male-oriented environment of motorsport, and the other inspired by elegance, style, and femininity. I believe this unique combination enables me to inspire other women to pursue their ambitions without feeling limited by stereotypes. Showing that a woman can be both confident in her femininity and successful in a highly competitive sporting environment is something I am proud to represent.
Looking ahead, I am committed to continuing the development of my career while using my platform to support causes and initiatives that are meaningful to me. My goal is to create a positive impact both professionally and personally, while inspiring others to follow their passions, challenge expectations, and pursue their dreams with confidence.
- How has this experience changed your perception of yourself as a woman?
This experience has taught me that true beauty comes from confidence, resilience, and authenticity. I believe it is important to be grateful for who you are and what you have in the present moment. Genuine self-acceptance creates a strong foundation for personal growth and allows you to make the most of the opportunities life offers.
On top of that, being surrounded by inspiring women from different countries has reminded me of the strength we all carry within ourselves. It has been fascinating to see how every contestant is unique, with her own background, routines, values, and mindset. The cultural diversity within this experience highlights how differently people are shaped by their environments, traditions, and life journeys.
At the same time, this journey has made me even more aware of my own roots and the culture that has shaped me. It has strengthened my appreciation for where I come from and given me a sense of pride in representing my country on an international stage. The Czech Republic is home to many talented, intelligent, and beautiful women, and I am truly honoured to have the opportunity to represent my country at Miss Europe Continental. Carrying the Czech flag among such remarkable contestants is both a privilege and a responsibility that I embrace with great pride and gratitude.
- We see the glamour on stage, but what is the most challenging emotion you’ve had to deal with behind the scenes?
I wasn’t struggling with anything in particular. Of course, all the women here are incredibly beautiful, and the level of competition is high. In moments like these, it can be challenging not to compare yourself to others and to stay focused on yourself. However, I continuously remind myself that I am on this journey to enjoy this experience, embrace every opportunity it brings, and make the most of every moment. Rather than comparing myself to others, I choose to focus on being the best version of myself and appreciating how far I have come. Ultimately, this experience is about personal growth, confidence, and creating unforgettable memories.
- Many girls dream of being where you are right now. What is the reality of this experience versus the dream?
The reality is that this journey does not start when you arrive at the competition, it begins many years earlier. For me, it started with building a strong mindset, discipline, and determination. Since I was a little girl, I have always been ambitious, and that ambition has played a significant role in helping me get to where I am today. At the same time, I believe this is only the beginning of my journey, and there is still so much more to achieve.
People often see the glamour, beautiful dresses, and special moments, but behind it all there is a great deal of hard work and sacrifice. It requires discipline in your daily habits, taking care of your health, maintaining a balanced lifestyle, and sometimes making choices that others may not see, whether that means prioritizing training, healthy nutrition, work, or personal development over social events and parties. It’s important to mention that sport has always been an important part of my life, helping me stay physically and mentally strong.
Equally important is having supportive people around you, a team, family, and friends who believe in you and encourage you to keep going, even when things become challenging. It is certainly not easy to be here, but every sacrifice, every challenge, and every lesson learned along the way makes the experience worthwhile. The crown may be the ultimate goal, but the personal growth, confidence, and memories you gain throughout the journey are just as valuable.
- How do you find balance and stay grounded amidst the pressure of an international competition?
Throughout my life and career, I have had the opportunity to meet many successful people who have achieved remarkable things. What they all had in common was humility. The truly successful individuals were always kind, respectful, and grounded, regardless of their achievements. On the other hand, I have learned that arrogance and the need to constantly show off often come from insecurity or temporary success rather than genuine confidence.
That lesson has stayed with me, and it is something I try to apply in my own life. I am ambitious and determined to achieve my goals, but I always remind myself where I came from and what values are truly important. Success should never change who you are as a person. Staying connected to my family, friends, daily routines, and the things I genuinely enjoy helps me keep a healthy perspective.
International competitions naturally come with pressure and high expectations, but I see them as opportunities rather than burdens. I focus on giving my best, enjoying the experience, and continuously learning from the people around me. For me, staying grounded means remembering that titles and achievements are temporary, while character, integrity, and the way you treat others are what truly define you in the long run.
- How do you want to be remembered by the people you’ve met during this pageant?
I would like to be remembered as someone who was authentic, kind, and supportive to everyone around her. For me, true beauty is not only about appearance but also about the energy you bring into a room and the way you make other people feel. I believe in celebrating the successes of others, offering support when needed, and creating a positive atmosphere wherever I go. I also think that a smile and eye contact can say more than words. An honest smile reflects sincerity, warmth, and confidence, and it is often what people remember long after a conversation ends. If the contestants and people I have met here remember me as the cheerful Czech girl with a positive mindset, a genuine smile, and a caring approach to others, I would consider that one of the greatest compliments I could receive.
Above all, I hope people remember me as someone who stayed true to herself, treated others with respect, and helped make this experience enjoyable and memorable for everyone around her.
- “Wearing this sash is not a burden; it is my greatest honor.” Can you explain your feelings?
For me, wearing this sash is much more than participating in a beauty competition. It represents the opportunity to stand on an international stage and proudly represent the Czech Republic, the country that shaped my values, character, and ambitions. Knowing that I carry my country’s name wherever I go fills me with pride, gratitude, and a strong sense of responsibility.
I do not see this sash as a burden because it symbolizes years of hard work, discipline, and dedication. Every sacrifice, challenge, and lesson throughout my journey has led me to this moment. Being chosen to represent my country among so many talented and inspiring women is a privilege that I never take for granted.
At the same time, I hope to represent more than just beauty. I want to show that women can be ambitious, hardworking, kind, and authentic while staying true to themselves. Through my work in motorsport, sports management, and communication, I have learned the importance of perseverance, professionalism, and humility, and these are the values I bring with me while wearing this sash.
Most importantly, this experience allows me to connect with remarkable women from around the world, celebrate cultural diversity, and create meaningful relationships. That is why wearing this sash is my greatest honour, it is a symbol of where I come from, what I stand for, and the opportunity to inspire others while proudly representing my country.’’
