Hello to everyone, my name is THAIS HUTCHISON.I am 29 years old, Brazilian, and I currently live on the Island of Jersey. In 2027, I will have the honor of representing Brazil at Miss Europe Continental in Italy. I am very proud of my roots, and I want to show the world the beauty, strength, and diversity of Brazilian women.
– How would you describe your personality to someone meeting you for the first time?
I am a determined, resilient, and highly dedicated person. I believe in treating everyone with kindness and respect because humility opens doors, and kindness never goes out of style. I am also a dreamer and very persistent. When I believe in something, I work hard until I turn it into reality.
– You were born in Brazil. What values and life lessons has your country given you that you carry with you wherever you go?
Brazil taught me to stay strong through difficult times, to value family, to welcome people with warmth, and to never lose hope. Brazilians are known for their joy, creativity, and resilience, and these values are part of who I am.
– Was there a particular moment in your life when you realized that fashion would become part of your future?
Yes. When I started participating in photoshoots and fashion events, I realized that fashion is much more than beautiful clothes. It is a form of art, self-expression, and communication. That was the moment I knew I wanted to build a career in this industry.
– As a child, did you already dream of walking the runway, or did you have different dreams?
I always dreamed of becoming a model. In fact, at school my classmates used to call me “the model” because I was always walking as if I were on a runway. Haha!
Is there a model or public figure who has inspired you throughout your journey?
Marilyn Monroe has always been one of my greatest inspirations. She made history through her elegance, charisma, and strength. I also admire women who have transformed their careers into platforms to inspire others.
– Was there a photoshoot or project that marked a turning point in your career?
Yes. Every international project I have worked on has broadened my perspective on fashion and strengthened my confidence. Working in different countries has helped me grow both professionally and personally.
– Would you like to expand your career beyond fashion into television, entrepreneurship, or social initiatives?
Absolutely. I want to build a successful career that includes entrepreneurship, media, and social projects. I believe women can use their visibility to inspire others and create a positive impact in society.
– Have you ever experienced moments of self-doubt? If so, how did you overcome them?
Yes. Like many women, I have experienced moments of self-doubt. I learned that the key is to keep moving forward even when fear appears. Discipline, faith, hard work, and the support of people who believe in me have helped me overcome those challenges.
– What does it truly mean to feel beautiful, in your opinion?
To feel beautiful means being at peace with yourself. True beauty comes from confidence, authenticity, kindness, and the way we treat others. Physical beauty is important, but character is what truly lasts.
– In 2027, you will represent Brazil at Miss Europe Continental in Italy. What was your first reaction when you received this opportunity?
I felt an incredible mix of happiness, excitement, and gratitude. It was a moment that made me feel all my hard work and dedication had been recognized. Representing my country is a great responsibility, and I want to honor this opportunity with all my heart.
– What does it mean to you to represent a country as important and culturally rich as Brazil?
It is a tremendous honor. Brazil is known for its diversity, culture, joy, and natural beauty. I want to represent not only Brazilian women but also the strength, determination, and resilience that define our people.
– Beyond your beauty and image, what message do you hope to convey to the judges and the audience?
I want to show that dreams can come true through dedication, courage, and perseverance. I hope to inspire other women to believe in themselves and never give up, no matter what obstacles they face.
– What advice would you give to a young Brazilian girl who dreams of following the same career path?
Never let anyone limit your dreams. Study, work hard, take care of your self-esteem, stay disciplined, and never give up because of criticism. Success belongs to those who keep moving forward, even when the journey is difficult.
– What is the biggest professional dream you have yet to achieve?
My biggest dream is to build a successful international career in fashion, work with prestigious global brands, participate in major campaigns, and use my journey to open doors and ins
pire other women.
– Where do you see yourself five years from now?
In five years, I see myself established internationally as a model and entrepreneur, leading meaningful social projects, collaborating with renowned brands, and continuing to represent Brazil with pride around the world.
