
What inspired you to enter the world of modelling at such a young age?
I entered the world of modeling because I’ve loved this field since I was a little girl. It has always been my dream to become a fashion model. My passion for modeling was so strong that, on my 12th birthday, my mom organized a special runway-themed party for me, with red carpet outfits and clothes just like real models wear.
Your videos are full of creativity and positive energy—what drives your content creation when it comes to beauty and fashion?
What drives me to create content about beauty and fashion is my passion for inspiring girls to love themselves and take care of their health from the inside out. I truly believe that real beauty starts with a healthy lifestyle — from eating well, staying active, getting enough sleep, and keeping a positive mindset.
As a beauty and fashion blogger, I always try to create content filled with positive energy and creative ideas that encourage people to live a balanced, stylish, and healthy life.
What’s your favourite type of content to create, and why do you think it resonates with your audience?
The type of content I love creating the most is about fitness and health tips. I really enjoy sharing workout routines and advice for living a healthy lifestyle, and my audience always engages a lot with this kind of content.
I also love creating fashion-related posts on Instagram — it’s a great way to express my style and creativity.
Recently, I’ve also been enjoying making “Get Ready With Me” videos, where I show how I prepare, choose my outfits, and share my skincare routine. People love seeing this side of my life — not just the fitness and healthy eating part, but also the fashion and daily preparation behind it. These videos usually get really high views and engagement.
How do you stay motivated to maintain a consistent gym routine, even on busy days?
Even on my busiest days, I try to remind myself why I started. Working out isn’t just about staying fit — it helps me clear my mind, reduce stress, and feel more confident. I always plan my workouts in advance, even if it’s just a short session. Sometimes I go early in the morning or late in the evening, depending on my schedule. I believe that staying consistent, even with small efforts, is what really makes a difference.
I also became a certified personal trainer to keep myself motivated at the gym and to continuously improve my skills. This allows me not only to push myself further but also to help others benefit from fitness and improve their lives through exercise.
What’s a dream you’re chasing beyond the Miss Europe Continental contest —and how do you hope to use your platform to inspire others?
My dream beyond the Miss Europe Continental Contest is to keep building my name in the world of fashion and beauty, and to be an inspiration for every girl who believes in herself and her abilities.
I want to use my platform not just to share photos or videos, but to send a message about self- confidence, mental and physical well-being, and following your dreams even when the path gets hard.
I truly believe that every girl can achieve her goals if she believes in herself and works hard every single day.

My message to the world through my participation in Miss Europe Continental is that every girl should believe in herself and love herself as she is. Each of us is unique and beautiful in our own way, and it’s important to trust our abilities and pursue our dreams without fear or hesitation. I want to inspire every girl to live her life with confidence and happiness, and to know that true beauty starts from within, through self-love and self-confidence.
What’s one thing you wish more people knew about Israel and its beauty?
I want people to know that Israel is a country full of natural beauty, from stunning landscapes to amazing beaches. It’s also home to many different civilizations, all living together in one place, which makes its culture so rich and unique.
How has gym shaped your mental wellness and self-confidence?
Gym has helped me grow stronger not only physically but also mentally. Regular workouts make me feel calm, focused, and reduce daily stress. Even during times when I felt weak or down, going to the gym helped me regain my inner strength and feel more in control of myself and my life. Every challenge I overcome in my workouts boosts my confidence and strengthens my character, because exercise has taught me discipline, patience, and how to face difficulties with self-assurance.
Living such a healthy and active life at 19 is impressive—what motivated you to take this path, and how has it evolved since you started?
Since I started living a healthy and active life at 19, my main motivation was my love for a strong and balanced body and mind. I wanted to feel energetic and confident to face life’s challenges. Over time, this path has evolved into an essential part of my daily life, not just in terms of fitness and nutrition, but also in taking care of my mental health, skincare, and sleep. I’ve become more aware of what my body and mind need, and I’ve realized that a healthy lifestyle is the key to self-confidence and daily happiness.
