Nikola Klimešová at Miss Europe Continental

Let’s read today the interview of Miss Europe Continental Serbia

Short introduction of yourself, what’s your name, which nation you represent

My name is Nikola Klimešová and I’m 23 years old. I study international and development studies at Palacký university in Olomouc. I’m originally from Czech Republic yet I’m representing the country of Serbia since I have a special connection to that country. My beloved partner comes from there and so I got to visit it many times and I fell in love with it completely. I love the people, culture and every time I come there, I almost feel like I’m at home. That’s why I’m so proud for this opportunity and I will do my best to spread the love for this country through my representation on Miss Europe Continental.

– Tell something about yourself, what you do in life, how you like to spend your free time, your best quality, your worst flaw.

I think that one of the most beautiful things in life is to spend time with yourself while realizing and finding out who you truly are. I always say that my life is a lifelong project. Yet I got to find out some things about me already. I really love to spend time with people that I love, with people who understands me on deeper level. I love to philosophy for hours. I love self development and all kinds of meditations. I love to practice these things to keep myself in good vibes. One of my best qualities is that I can understand people without them having to tell me anything. About my flaws, I would say that sometimes I tend to take things too personally even though I think I already worked on this one and now its definitely way better.

– Who inspired you in your life / career?

Even though it will probably sound like a cliche, it’s gonna be me. Because years ago, I would never say that I’m gonna become this person that I’m today. And I’m so proud of it. So never give up on yourself because things might change for you drastically. Trust your intuition and keep on your mind that you are so much stronger and have way more potential than you probably think. You might just not see it in this moment.

– Is there in particular an event or something in your life that has marked you?

Meeting my partner. Because together we are growing every day and it’s incredible how much I changed. It’s still me, just way more open and self confident.

– What is happiness for you?

To always have on my mind that bad days are gonna come and its normal. Life is about balance. If you keep this on your mind, everything is gonna become easier.

– What is the phrase or quote you will never forget? Why?

“Happiness is not something ready made. It comes from your own actions.” — Dalai Lama

I love this quote because it encourages me to do the things for myself in order to be happy. It motivates me and also tells me that I’m the one who can change the things. And that’s very relieving.

– How do you feel about being here at Miss Europe Continental?

I feel honored and excited to be part of this amazing peagant that celebrates beauty, culture, and empowerment across Europe. I think It’s a wonderful opportunity to connect with inspiring people and make some positive impact.

– What does fashion represent for you?

Fashion is a powerful form of self-expression and creativity. It reflects our personality, mood and it’s allowing us to tell our unique story without words. For me, it’s also about confidence and feeling comfortable at the same time. I personally loved the topic of fashion since I was small and this love is gonna last probably forever.

– How do you see yourself in ten years?

In ten years, I see myself continuing to grow both personally and professionally, making a positive impact in my community that I’m currently growing on my social media. I hope to be involved in inspiring and helping others to achieve their dreams but also to have happy life in general. Since I’m very much into wellbeing, I wish I make some bigger impact in that as well.

– If you could make one wish come true, what would it be?

My wish would be to help the most amount of people that I can. To make their life easier and better. On top of that I would love to spread awareness about wellbeing and mindfulness practices to support mental health in order to live fulfilling lives. ‚‘
