My name is Nisha Begum Reedtz. I represent Great Britain and live in London.
– Representing Great Britain at Miss Europe Continental 2025 is a major milestone. How do you feel about taking on this role?
I feel deeply honoured and proud. It’s a dream come true to represent my country on such a global stage.
– What makes you proud to represent your country on an international stage?
Britain’s strength lies in its diversity. I’m proud to showcase a country where people of all backgrounds can achieve their dreams.
– You’re a qualified solicitor, a university researcher, and you focus on human rights and corporate accountability. How do these experiences influence the way you approach the world of beauty?
They remind me that beauty is about substance. True beauty lies in integrity, empathy, and how we use our voices. My legal work has shown me the importance of standing up for others – a value I also carry into pageantry.
– You’ve spoken publicly about your experience with pregnancy loss and became an ambassador for the Miscarriage Association. What motivated you to turn your pain into activism?
After experiencing multiple miscarriages, I realised how many women suffer in silence. Turning my pain into advocacy gave it purpose. I wanted to break the stigma and help others feel seen, supported, and less alone.
– What advice would you give to someone going through a difficult or fragile time, but who still wants to build something meaningful in their life?
Be gentle with yourself and take one step at a time. Healing and growth can happen side by side. Every challenge can become a foundation for something stronger and more meaningful.
– Your public presence is very polished, yet never superficial. What do you hope to communicate beyond your image?
I want people to see that elegance and authenticity can coexist. My goal is to show that confidence isn’t about perfection – it’s about embracing who you are and using your platform to uplift others.
– Many young women see you as a role model today. What do you hope they see in you, beyond physical beauty?
I hope they see that it’s possible to overcome obstacles and still dream big. That strength and kindness are powerful forms of beauty, and that their voices and stories can make a difference.
– How are you preparing, mentally and physically, to step into such a prestigious stage as Miss Europe Continental?
I’m preparing through discipline, self-care, and gratitude. I train physically (in the gym and practising my pageant walking style), but I also focus on mental strength – reminding myself that confidence comes from purpose, not just appearance.
– Is there a particular message you hope to bring to the Miss Europe Continental stage?
Yes – that beauty has power when it’s used with heart. I want to encourage women to use their platforms to inspire change, support one another, and redefine what empowerment truly means.
– Where do you see yourself in five or ten years? And what values or causes will you continue to stand for, promote, or represent, even beyond the world of pageantry?
In the years ahead, I see myself continuing my legal work to protect human rights for the most vulnerable communities around the world. No matter where life takes me, I’ll always stand for integrity and equality, and strive to be a role model for others who wish to create change with compassion and courage.
– Thank you for your time Nisha and for sharing something about yourself with the Miss Europe Continental community. See you soon in Naples!
