Dream Big, Shine Bigger: Raluca Ioana Jijiie

Born in Botoșani, Romania, Raluca Ioana Jijiie, 31, is a woman whose journey is a true reflection of resilience, ambition and grace. Her story began in Romania, where she spent her early childhood surrounded by love and family. At the age of six, her mother left for Italy to build a better future, while Raluca stayed with her grandmother and aunt. Later, she moved to Spain to reunite with her mother and her partner, who raised her with great care and affection.

Raluca spent two decades in Spain, where she studied, grew, and faced both challenges and achievements that shaped her into the strong and independent woman she is today. In 2022, driven by her desire to grow and learn, she moved to Ireland to start a new chapter and improve her English.

Describing herself as positive, determined, organized and kind-hearted, Raluca embodies the qualities of a modern woman who believes that with passion and dedication, every dream is possible. She balances two jobs while pursuing her long-time dream of becoming a professional model. Fitness and self-care play a big part in her life, she goes to the gym regularly, follows a healthy lifestyle, and takes pride in caring for both her body and mind.

Her passion for fashion started early. As a little girl, she would walk around the house wearing her aunt’s heels and clothes, already feeling the spark of the fashion world. Over the years, Raluca has taken part in several beauty and modeling contests in Spain and Ireland, experiences that helped her grow and understand the industry from within. She values every opportunity as a step forward and remains grateful for all the lessons learned.

Now, Raluca is ready to shine brighter than ever as a contestant at Miss Europe Continental 2025, a platform she sees as “a dream come true and a gateway to the professional fashion world.” She hopes this experience will be a genuine and inspiring journey that allows her to express her personality, elegance and confidence.

In her free time, Raluca enjoys music, dancing, traveling, photography, and spending time with her loved ones. She describes herself as a lifelong learner, always eager to improve, evolve, and discover new aspects of herself.

Looking ahead, she envisions a future filled with love, family, and fulfillment, living in her own home, surrounded by her loved ones, continuing to work in fashion and inspire others to believe in themselves.
