Swiss precision meets Ibiza soul. Founder C. Chaparro on the Okini, beach-to-club culture, and why Miss Europe Continental is its first runway.
In Ibiza, a beach club is never just about swimming.
You stay all day. Sunbed, lunch, DJ, friends, dance floor. One outfit has to work for all of it. XEACH was built for that exact moment.
The brand hits the market for the first time this year, but the idea has been years in the making. Founder C. Chaparro spent years on the island organizing private events, living where fashion, music, design and Mediterranean lifestyle collide.
He did not want to launch another swimwear label. He wanted a new visual language.
It starts with the logo, an abstract interpretation of the four elements: fire, water, earth and air. Energy, nature, movement, freedom. You have to look twice to see it.
The name XEACH is the same. Beach at its core, with an X that stands for thinking differently.
“XEACH brings together Swiss precision and innovation with the free spirit of Ibiza,” says Chaparro, graphic designer by first training and today Founder and Design Manager. Proportions, shapes, colors, visual balance, how design communicates without words. That background is now in every piece.
The first word of that language is Okini.
Two debut models in signature XEACH Brown, made from Tero Tex, recycled PET bottles turned into an ultra-light nylon that feels weightless.
At Miss Europe Continental, XEACH will debut six new Okini variations, each with its own color and structure. For next summer, the iconic Okini ring evolves into epoxy resin, bold, colorful and artistic. More than a detail, the ring is the identity.
A collection inspired by the artwork of Jackson Pollock is already in development, along with new bikinis embellished with natural gemstones such as quartz, onyx and unakite.
The XEACH woman? She does not chase every trend.
“She wants to be individual, but she doesn’t need to shout, ‘Here I am.’ Her personality speaks for itself,” says Chaparro. That is why XEACH does not explain its designs.
“We don’t talk about our designs. The designs speak for themselves.”
Premium, for him, is not price. It is design, materials, details, innovation and the idea behind it. Elegance is balance. Sexy is not showing more, it is confidence, attitude, how you feel when you wear it.
That is why Miss Europe Continental is the right first runway. Not just a fashion show, but movement, personality, presence.
“We don’t only want photos. We want to see the designs in motion, interpreted by different women,” he says. Beach clubs and pageants share the same truth: the person wearing it brings it to life.
Long-term, XEACH is not building swimwear. It is building a beach club brand.
The concept is split in two: Beach and Club. Beach is relaxed, natural and effortless. Club is expressive and fashion-forward, with the same identity. Beyond that: jewellery, sunglasses and apparel.
“When someone thinks about spending a full day at a beach club, I want XEACH to be one of the brands they naturally think of.”
His advice for those starting from scratch?
“Life is like riding a bicycle. To keep your balance, you have to keep moving.” Make decisions, make mistakes, learn. And surround yourself with strong partners. Not necessarily friends or family, who often see risk before possibility, but people who bring knowledge and structure you cannot create alone.
Today XEACH is looking for that kind of strategic partner to accelerate.
“Many things that once seemed like detours have finally connected. XEACH is where my design background, my experiences and my passion for creating something of my own meet.”
