Stiffany Steps Up: Dominican Republic’s Voice at Miss Europe Continental

She’s a twin mom, entrepreneur, and now the proud face of the Dominican Republic at Miss Europe Continental. Stiffany is living proof that you don’t have to choose between ambition and motherhood—you can thrive in both. Her mission? To inspire every woman who’s ever doubted herself to believe again. Because as she says: “Your goals never expire. True strength is in the courage to try.”

  1. What inspired you to participate in the Miss Europe Continental pageant, and what personal dreams or values are you hoping to express through this experience?

For a long time, I questioned if this was the right time for a dream like this. Now I know that everything in my life has led me to this moment. Being a mother to my twin boys and an entrepreneur wasn’t a roadblock, it was the path that made me stronger.

These experiences have shown me that a woman can do anything she sets her mind to. If I become Miss Europe Continental, I want to use this amazing opportunity to inspire women everywhere. I want to tell them, love yourself exactly as you are. See your life, with all its challenges and triumphs, as your superpower. And most importantly, always, always chase the goals that make you feel alive.

As the competition approaches its final stages, what are your expectations from Miss Europe Continental, and how have you been preparing mentally, physically, and emotionally for the big moment?

For me, Miss Europe Continental is more than just a crown, it’s a microphone. I’m here to use this platform to connect with women and to send a clear message, your time is now. It doesn’t matter what your journey looks like, your moment belongs to you, and my preparation is built entirely on that belief.

Mentally, my purpose is crystal clear. I’m here to be a voice for every woman who has ever  been told or who has ever told herself that her time has passed. Knowing why I’m here gives me all the confidence I need.

Physically, this isn’t about looking perfect. It’s about feeling powerful. My goal is for my body to be as strong and ready as my mind, so I can represent my country with the energy and pride it deserves.

Emotionally, I’m bringing everything I have to this stage: the excitement, the nerves, all of it. It’s real, and it’s me. But my deepest strength comes from my sons. Knowing they are watching their mom chase a big dream with courage. That is the most powerful motivation in the world.

  1. We’d love to get to know you beyond the pageant. What do you enjoy doing in your free time? You’re known for your love of travel, out of all the places you’ve visited, which one holds a special place in your heart and why? Also, what passions or hobbies fuel your creativity and spirit?

While my ambition drives me forward, my spirit is grounded in two things, exploring the world and creating with my hands. I make it a priority to see the world, and I travel every chance I get. But for all the incredible places I’ve seen, there is only one place that defines me. My roots in the Dominican Republic are my source of strength. No matter where I go, this will always be my home.

I bring that same passion into my art. As a mother and an entrepreneur, life moves fast. Art is how I slow it down. Whether I’m painting or shaping clay or even horse riding, it’s how I quiet the noise of a busy life and turn all that energy into something beautiful I can see and touch and feel.

  1. Life is full of defining moments. Can you share an experience that has profoundly shaped who you are today? How did it change your outlook or direction in life?

If you ask what single experience defines me, the answer is simple, becoming a mother. The moment I held my twin boys, my entire world shifted. It wasn’t just that my life had a new center; it was that my ambition found a new fire. Suddenly, my drive wasn’t just for my own success, it was for them. Everything I did took on a bigger purpose.

People sometimes talk about losing yourself in motherhood, but I found myself. Becoming their mom showed me exactly what I was made of. It unlocked a strength I never knew I had and gave me the powerful sense of purpose I carry with me today.

  1. Your twin boys look up to you every day. What are the most important lessons or values you hope they learn from watching your journey and the example you set as a mother and a woman?

This journey is bigger than me; it’s about the men I want my sons to become. Every step I take on this stage is a lesson I hope they carry with them for life.

I want them to see their mother as a whole person, loving and nurturing, but also powerful and driven. I am raising them to be men who see a woman’s strength and ambition not as the exception, but as the rule.

Through my work with my foundation, I’m showing them that real success isn’t measured by what you have, but what you give back. I want them to understand that a good life is one that lifts your community.

And finally, by watching me chase this dream, right now, I want them to learn that your goals never expire. I hope they see that true strength is in the courage to try, and that there is just as much honor in the fight as there is in the win.

  1. Ambitions drive us forward. What are your biggest goals for the future? Where do you see yourself in the next 10 years, both personally and professionally?

Looking ahead, my focus for the next ten years is simple, grow with purpose, make a real impact, and build a legacy that matters. Professionally, I will continue to build Maralta Property Group into a leader in real estate, known for its integrity and excellence. But my professional success is only meaningful if it fuels my work for others. I will expand my foundation’s reach, with the goal of building a community center, a safe place where children can find opportunity.

On a personal level, my most important job will always be raising my sons into kind and respectful men. That is the heart of my legacy. I will continue to be a voice for women, using my platform to champion their potential.

For me, the future isn’t about having it all, It’s about building one  powerful life where my professional success, my family, and my impact on the world all work together. It’s about living with purpose, on my own terms.

  1. As the founder of a real estate property and design studio, how do you balance managing these ventures successfully? What’s your approach to leadership and multitasking in these demanding industries?

As one of the founders of Maralta Property Group, I don’t chase the myth of a perfect work-life balance. I don’t try to balance the pieces of my life, I build one integrated life where I lead as a mother, an entrepreneur, and an individual all at once.

My leadership style is built on that same principle, trust. I hire talented people who share our vision and then empower them to do their best work without micromanagement. This creates a culture of respect and excellence, knowing our work continues at the highest level.

My rule for managing my time is just as simple, I do one thing at a time, and I give it my all. My day is built in blocks. When it’s time for Maralta, my team and clients get 100% of my focus. When I’m with my boys, they get 100% of their mom. Just as importantly, I schedule time for myself with that same commitment. That time for my hobbies and my own thoughts isn’t a luxury, it’s essential. It’s what keeps my mind sharp for my business and gives me the patience and energy I need for my family. This isn’t about separating my life into pieces, it’s about making sure every part makes the others stronger.

  1. Your foundation for children is truly inspiring. Could you tell us more about it? What motivated you to start this charity, and what impact do you hope it will have on the lives of the kids it serves?

My foundation started with a simple, powerful feeling. I had always wanted to do this, but becoming a mother made it non-negotiable. When I held my own sons, I knew I had a responsibility to help the children in our community who didn’t have the basics enough food, proper clothes, or even a toy to play with.

I started small, helping children in hospitals. But the moment everything became clear was when I got involved with a young boy who needed surgery for a brain tumor. Being a part of that fight and seeing the difference we could make showed me I had to do more, on a bigger scale. That’s when the foundation was truly born.

Our mission is direct, we provide what’s needed. We supply food and school supplies so kids can learn with dignity. And we always give toys, because every child deserves the chance to just be a kid. This work is also a lesson for my sons. They are always with me, learning firsthand what it means to show up for your community. It’s why you won’t see all our work on social media. I believe our purpose is to do the work, not just talk about it. The real reward is in a child’s smile, not a social media post.

We’re always expanding, like the free dental care day we’re organizing right now. But at the heart of everything we do is one clear message to every child we meet, you are seen, you matter, and your community is here for you.

  1. Balancing a busy schedule with frequent travel, running a foundation, managing a business, and being a devoted mother sounds challenging. What mindset or practical strategies help you stay organized, energized, and focused every day?

I don’t try to balance my life, I live one life. My business, my foundation, and my family aren’t separate worlds to be juggled. They are all essential parts of who I am, and I’ve learned to integrate them with purpose.

My approach is simple, be 100% present, wherever I am. I structure my days so that when I’m working, my focus is entirely on my business. When I’m with my sons, they get all of me no distractions. This way, every part of my life gets the best of me, not just what’s left of me. To make this work, I’ve had to master the power of saying no. Every time I say no to something that doesn’t align with my goals, I am saying yes to my family and my most important projects. It’s how I protect my energy and my focus.

This discipline is the foundation of how I manage everything. It’s how I build a single, powerful ife that feels whole and is lived completely on my own terms.

  1. Representing the Dominican Republic on such a prestigious international stage is a huge honor. What does this opportunity mean to you personally, and how do you hope to showcase your country’s culture and spirit to the world?

Representing the Dominican Republic on the world stage would be the greatest honor of my life. This is about more than a personal dream, it’s a chance to be an ambassador for my country a nation with a spirit as warm and vibrant as its sun.

My mission would be to share the true story of who we are. I want to show the world the genuine warmth of Dominican hospitality, a kindness that is part of our DNA. I will represent our resilience, the spirit of a people who face challenges not with despair, but with joy, and who always find a reason to dance.

I will also show the modern Dominican Republic. We are so much more than beautiful beaches. We are a nation of majestic mountains, vibrant art, and a powerful culture built on family. I will showcase the Dominican Republic of today, a country of innovators, artists, and strong women leading the way. I believe my own story as a mother, an entrepreneur, and a woman with big dreams reflects that same national spirit of passion and strength. I am deeply proud to be from this country. If given this opportunity, I will dedicate all my energy to making the Dominican Republic proud.

Thank you for your time Stiffany, we will see you soon in Italy!
