Hi, I’m Yun from Japan. I’m a fitness model and coach with a background in classical ballet. I love expressing both strength and elegance through movement, and I hope to inspire others to embrace their own beauty and confidence.
I’ve continued to challenge myself in competitions, and have received several awards, including winning first place in one of Japan’s top fitness contests.
When did you first become interested in modelling? Was it always a dream, or did it become a passion more recently?
When I had to quit classical ballet, I lost a big part of myself. I didn’t have much confidence back then, but I had a strong desire to be someone others could admire. At 20, I made a bold decision: I moved to Tokyo alone to follow my dream of becoming a model and showing my true self to the world. That moment changed everything for me.
How important do you think self-confidence is?
Confidence is everything—it’s not about being perfect, but about believing you’re enough. Even when I’m nervous or unsure, I keep moving forward with faith in my journey. That belief opens doors and helps others find their strength too.
Is there a moment in your life that has particularly marked you?
Winning a fitness modeling competition in Japan while recovering from a muscle injury was unforgettable. I stood on stage with pain, but also with pride, proving to myself that resilience and passion can turn challenges into power.
What does happiness mean for you?
To me, happiness is living honestly and fully—doing what I love, sharing it with others, and growing every day. It’s also feeling connected with people who support and inspire each other.
Do you have any advice for other participants in the show?
Embrace who you are. You don’t have to stand out. Your story, your passion, and the courage to step out are enough to make you beautiful. Believe in yourself and let your unique radiance shine.
