My name is Yana Brook, I’m 34 years old and I’m from Kazan, Russia. I am married to an amazing Man with whom I have 2 wonderful children.I’m a blogger, a fitness trainer. I lead a very active lifestyle: I work in the gym, do equestrian sports, I like to cook, I run my own blog, I travel and at the same time devote a lot of time to my family.
- Can you tell us a bit about yourself and your journey to becoming a certified personal trainer and nutrition consultant?
After the second child, I needed to put my body in order immediately! I started practising 5 times a week, strictly monitoring my diet. And in the end, I achieved good success in this! I became a young mother of two boys and at the same time I looked like I had never given birth. In the summer, I started training for my followers in the parks. The girls were interested in learning about my experience! And after that I went to training for a fitness trainer to go to work in the gym.
- You’re a mother of two boys – how do you balance your family life with your career and preparation for the competition?
I really like to plan! I consider myself a master in scheduling for the day/week/month. I get up early in the morning – this is one of my secrets! From morning to lunch I work, then I do my personal things, and in the evening – time with my family and household chores.
- Family clearly means a lot to you. What values from your family life do you bring into your work and daily routine?
Yes, family is very important to me! My family taught me to listen to everyone around me. Patience, planning, delegation, discipline.
- What’s your favorite tip for maintaining a healthy and balanced lifestyle?
Early rise, sleep 7-8 hours, 3 meals a day, less coffee and more water, walks in the fresh air! This is the base and the basis of great well-being!
- Do you see yourself as a role model for other women? What message do you hope to send through your content?
Yes, I can see that girls are following me, listening to me, imitating me. And it’s very valuable! Therefore, through my social networks, I broadcast about the importance of family values, about healthy eating and about spiritual development.
- Even though you’re very sporty, you’re also known for your elegance and femininity. How do you balance these two sides of yourself?
Even in sports, I maintain a balance between strength training in the gym and yoga, stretching. This mix of activities helps to stay both sporty and elegant. In the wardrobe, I also alternate sports style and gentle, feminine images.
- What do you enjoy most about being in front of the camera?
I like that at this moment I can play different roles, I can be different, if you are talking about shooting and photo shoots.
- What does it mean to you to participate in Miss Europe Continental 2025?
It’s a new experience for me. It’s a challenge to yourself! I want to overcome the fear of the stage. I want new emotions and impressions! I want my husband and children to see their wife and mother in a new role of modelling on the podium in Italy.
- If you could describe yourself in three words, what would they be?
I’m athletic, smiling, energetic! - If you had one piece of advice for women chasing their goals, what would it be?
Don’t compare yourself with others. It is important to understand that every woman has her own path and her own destiny. Every woman is unique in her own way, so it’s important to hear her desires and move on her own way.
