Hello! My name is Konomi. I am Japanese and I live in Shiga, in the west of Japan.
Osaka, Kyoto and Nagoya are nearby. I live in a city surrounded by nature and home to the largest lake in Japan. I love traditional Japanese culture. I wear kimonos on special occasions. I am interested in traditional martial arts such as karate and jujitsu, and I am studying ancient techniques. I love driving and I am a nationally qualified driving instructor.
What do you do in your life? Who inspired you in your life/career?
I work as a model under the name Aimi. I am the representative of a company that handles SNS management and plans and manages events.
I love talking to people and making people smile, and I also work performing as a bunny girl.
I always make life choices by thinking about what I should do to grow each day and what I can do myself.
When did your interest in modeling start?
In 2017, I reached a turning point in my life and started using social media, such as Twitter and Instagram, to help me achieve my goals. By posting about myself on social media, I received offers to work as a freelance model for famous domestic magazines and TV shows, despite not being affiliated with an agency.
I also started receiving offers for photo shoots from overseas photographers. As I continue my activities, I feel like I’m becoming more aware of my role as a model.
Is there a moment in your life that has particularly marked you?
This is a difficult question for me to answer.
I have been blessed with many opportunities to move around in my life.
One of the most memorable was when I met my family.
Climbing Mount Fuji, the highest mountain in Japan.
Seeing the Jomon cedar tree, said to be 7,000 years old, on Yakushima.
All of these are wonderful memories, but if I had to choose one to talk about here, it would be my friend’s wedding in Ibiza in October 2024.
I met the bride and groom in Japan through our shared interest in traditional Japanese culture, although they are not Japanese themselves.
To celebrate the wedding, friends from all over the world gathered in one of Ibiza’s most beautiful natural areas. During the three-night, four-day ceremony, I saw many beautiful sights and experienced the power of love to transcend countries and languages.
It made me realise the vastness of the world and my own potential. I am very grateful to my friends Linda and Michael for giving me this special opportunity.

Family, health and kindness.
What advice would you like to share with other participants?
We are comrades walking towards the same goal, transcending national and cultural boundaries.
The contest will have rankings and results, but we should all enjoy this special opportunity and stage we have been given to the fullest. In order to make the contest a success, we need to maintain order, smile and cooperate with each other.
I am grateful for the miracle that I have had the special opportunity to be at Miss Europe Continental, and I look forward to spending this time with friends from all over the world.

When did your interest in modeling start?
2017年に人生の転機があり、目標達成の為にSNS（Twitter、Instagram）を始めました。
SNSを通して自己発信を続ける事で、国内の有名雑誌やTVからのオファーを事務所に所属せずにフリーモデルとしてお仕事を受けるきっかけが得られました。
海外のフォトグラファーから撮影のオファーを受けることも多くなりました。
活動を続けていく中で、モデルとしての自覚が芽生えてきた様に思います。

これは私にとってとても答えるのがとても難しい質問です。
私はとても有難いことに、これまでの人生で感動する機会にたくさん恵まれてきました。
家族が誕生した瞬間に出会えたこと
日本一の山、富士山に登頂したこと
屋久島で樹齢7000年とも言われている縄文杉を見たこと
どれも素敵な思い出ですが、あえてここで語るのであれば2024年10月にイビザ島で行われた友人の結婚式です。
新郎新婦とは日本伝統文化を通じて日本で出会いましたが、彼等は日本とはまた別の国籍です。
彼等の結婚式を祝う為に、全世界から友人たちがイビザ島で最も自然豊かな地区集いました。
3泊4日のセレモニーの期間
私は国や言語を超えたコミュニケーションの中で数々の美しい光景を目にし、愛を実感しました。
世界の広さと自らの可能性を実感する機会となりました。私に特別な機会を与えてくれた友人のLinda、Michaelにはとても感謝しています。
