- You are on the official team of Fashion Designers of Miss Europe Continental Edition 12. How does it feel to be part of such a dynamic and established international team?
It’s an incredible honor—I am beyond excited to be part of this edition. Being surrounded by such talented designers, models, makeup artists, and the entire creative team is truly a dream come true. This experience is not only enriching my knowledge but also fueling my passion, pushing my creativity to new heights. I feel immensely proud and grateful to contribute my vision and professional skills to such a prestigious international event.
- Tell us about your Creativity and Passion:
- What do you draw the most inspiration for your creations from?
My inspiration comes from absolutely everything around me—music, landscapes, special moments, and even small details. Primarily, I’m moved by significant experiences and my appreciation for nature. My latest collection, Serenity Pearl, was deeply inspired by the natural beauty, elegance, and purity of pearls, elements that have become my signature.
- How would you describe the woman you draw for?
The woman I envision is effortlessly elegant, confident, and secure in her own identity—an empowered woman who deeply cares about humanity and values comfort without sacrificing style. She’s environmentally conscious, appreciates refined design, and chooses pieces that reflect her authenticity. She navigates life gracefully, stands strong in her individuality, and radiates kindness.
- Tell us about your future plans.
For the coming months, I’m fully dedicated to creating a special piece for the queen I’ll be designing for in the Miss Europe Continental contest. Concurrently, I’m focused on establishing my brand, Edith Andrea, as a sustainable luxury brand. My aim is to expand my collections, emphasizing eco-friendly practices and innovative designs, continually exploring sustainable materials. Furthermore, I aspire to deepen community engagement through fashion that’s not only beautiful but also meaningful, impactful, and reflective of my cultural roots.
- What advice would you give to an aspiring fashion designer who dreams of pursuing this career?
Never stop dreaming, and don’t allow anyone to tell you that your dreams are impossible. If you truly believe in yourself and your passion, pursue it wholeheartedly. Those who genuinely care will support you no matter what. Embrace challenges as opportunities for growth, continuously educate yourself—especially about sustainability—and always trust your instincts. It’s essential to surround yourself with people aligned with your values, integrity, and vision, as the right team is crucial to your success.
