Hello everyone! I’m proud and happy to represent Estonia this year. My name is Alina Kärsten, and I’m 28 years old. I’m a kind – hearted woman with a bright smile and a spark in my eyes. I currently live in beautiful Cyprus, but my roots are deeply Estonian. My mother was Miss Estonia, and my father was a European boxing champion. I grew up surrounded by ambition and excellence.
When did your interest in pageants start?
As a teenager, I began performing as a singer and model – the stage quickly became my second home and helped shape my confidence. Pageantry runs in my blood. As a child, I admired my mother’s photos in her crown – that lit a spark in me. Living this dream today and seeing the pride in her eyes as I represent our country is my greatest reward.
Do you have other passions besides modelling?
I’m a very active and curious person. I love exploring different cultures, traveling, staying fit, and learning new things. I’m also passionate about empowering women and speaking openly about self-love. In my free time, I enjoy being in nature, reading, and connecting with people who inspire me.
What is the quote you’ll never forget?
“Everything happens in its own time.” This quote reminds me to trust the journey and stay patient and grounded. Every step, every moment, has its purpose.
What characteristics must a girl have to win a beauty contest?
Real beauty isn’t just about appearance – it’s about confidence, kindness, intelligence, and staying true to yourself. The true winner is someone who shines from within. Looks may fade, but a strong character and inner light will last forever.
Do you have a source of inspiration?
Yes, absolutely! My biggest inspiration is my mother – she is my queen! She’s my strength, my support, and my best friend. Her journey as Miss Estonia and many other victories also her life story showed me that there are no limits when you believe in yourself!
What motivated you to embark on this adventure?
For me, this is not just a competition – it’s a journey of growth and self-discovery. I want to challenge myself, step out of my comfort zone, and grow from this unique experience.
What advice would you give to other candidates?
Be true to yourself. Don’t compare, don’t doubt – you are enough, exactly as you are. Focus on your strengths, and remember: your uniqueness is your superpower.
Tell us about your future projects.
I have big dreams – but as they say, dreams and plans are not meant to be revealed too soon. That’s what keeps them magical! This pageant is my first conscious step toward those goals. I believe in moving with purpose, growing through each step, and letting the journey shape me. I’m confident that this journey will lead me to new success, growth, and prosperity! See you soon!
