Hello everyone, my name is Soelien Dosky, I am from the Netherlands, where I currently live as well. I proudly represent my country in Miss Europe Continental. I am a creative and ambitious woman who loves to inspire others to embrace their individuality and confidence. My life project is to build a brand that empowers women to express their femininity with elegance, strength, and authenticity.
Class and elegance are two adjectives that belong to you. How important do you think is the external appearance nowadays?
External appearance is important because it’s often the first impression we give to the world. However, I believe true elegance comes from within — how you treat others, how you carry yourself, and the energy you share. Style and grace are reflections of inner confidence.
How do you take care of your image, and how do you take care of yourself?
I take care of myself by maintaining a healthy balance — mentally, physically, and emotionally. I focus on eating well, staying active, and surrounding myself with positivity. I also enjoy fashion, skincare, and self-care routines that help me feel my best. Confidence starts with self-love.
How important do you think it is to have self-confidence?
Self-confidence is everything. It’s the foundation of success and happiness. When you believe in yourself, others start to believe in you too. Confidence allows you to step outside your comfort zone and embrace opportunities fearlessly.
When did you decide to enter your first beauty contest?
I decided to enter my first beauty contest when I realized that pageantry is not only about beauty, but also about growth, empowerment, and connection. It’s a platform that allows women to inspire and motivate others while learning more about themselves.
Miss Europe Continental will be your first experience at an International beauty pageant. How do you feel knowing that you will meet Misses from all over the world? What do you hope to achieve from Miss Europe Continental? Do you want to send a message on your social media?
I feel incredibly honored and excited to meet so many amazing women from around the world. I believe this experience will be both inspiring and life-changing. My goal is to represent my country with pride, authenticity, and elegance. Through my social media, I want to share a message of self-love, empowerment, and the beauty of diversity — that every woman is unique and powerful in her own way.
How do you see yourself in 10 years?
In 10 years, I see myself as a successful woman who continues to inspire others through my work, confidence, and kindness. I hope to expand my brand internationally and continue to be involved in projects that uplift and empower women.
