Taking care of your own doesn’t have to be a set of predetermined rules but it has to be a way of life that we have to learn day by day.

Initially need to bring so much patience to achieve our goals, with the awareness that every commitment will be a step towards the goal.

You also have to learn to know because there is no fixed scheme for nutrition and sport but you have to calibrate them according to your body.

A tip from Sharon, one of our finalists this year, is to make sure that you give your body the right amount of exercise, eat lots of vegetables and protein and above all learn to feel our body, feel what it needs, not to be obsessed with achieving the result but to love our body, and once we learn we will be able to feel satisfied inside and outside of ourselves.
