The summer heat now dominates the streets of many cities. The desire to go out and enjoy this beautiful but short season is a lot, you would almost not miss a moment, especially after the difficult period that the whole world has experienced, when going out for a walk seemed like a dream.

Well, following some simple tips, we will be ready to fully enjoy this Summer.

1. Eat healthy: light, small, frequent meals. Focus on fresh fruits and vegetables that have high water content – such as oranges, watermelon, tomatoes, etc.

2. Protect your eyes from the harsh sunlight, wear protective eyewear. 

3. Avoid Alcohol, fizzy drinks and coffee and drink plenty of water. Keep yourself well hydrated by drinking at least 2 to 3 litres of water every day.

4. Stay indoors in the warmer times of the day, restrict outdoor activities to the cooler parts of the day – early mornings before 11. am or late evenings after 5.00 pm.
